Terms of Service

Effective August 29, 2026

These Terms govern your use of CleanEdge. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using CleanEdge

CleanEdge is business-management software designed for residential cleaning businesses. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the activity that occurs under your account, and keeping your login credentials secure.

Early access

CleanEdge is currently offered as an early-access product. Features, workflows, and interfaces may continue to improve or change as the product develops. Early-access users should expect occasional bugs or changes while the service is being refined.

We may add, improve, replace, or remove features when reasonably necessary to improve the product, maintain security, or operate the service.

Subscription and early-access price lock

The current CleanEdge early-access subscription is $29 per month and renews automatically until canceled.

If you join at the $29 early-access price and keep that subscription continuously active, the $29 monthly subscription price remains locked for that subscription. CleanEdge updates and new features included in the standard CleanEdge subscription are included without increasing that locked monthly price.

If you cancel and later return after the subscription has ended, the price available at the time you reactivate may apply. Taxes, third-party charges, or separately offered add-on services are not part of the early-access price lock unless CleanEdge expressly says otherwise.

Billing and cancellation

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.

You can manage payment details, view billing history, and cancel from the billing controls in your CleanEdge account. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and already-paid subscription fees are not prorated or refunded.

If a payment fails, CleanEdge may provide a temporary grace period while payment is retried or updated. Access may be limited if the subscription remains unpaid.

Your business and customer data

You retain ownership of the business, customer, job, checklist, pricing, and other content you enter into CleanEdge. You give CleanEdge permission to host, process, back up, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and permissions to collect and enter information about your customers, including contact details, addresses, access instructions, and cleaning notes.

Acceptable use

You may not use CleanEdge to break the law, access another user’s data without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service in a way that harms CleanEdge or other users.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep CleanEdge available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, CleanEdge is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

CleanEdge helps organize business information and workflows, but you remain responsible for business decisions, customer commitments, pricing, tax obligations, and the services your cleaning business provides.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanEdge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, nonpayment, serious misuse, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using CleanEdge and cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as CleanEdge evolves. If a change is material, we may provide notice in the application or through an account communication. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
